Prize-winning Poetry

2021 News - the year of writing local!

Amazing commision experience this Spring collaborating with professional dancer, Grace Turner, of Turnaround Dance Theatre on The Airthrey Dance Trail Project, a self-guided walk through the beautiful Campus of the University of Stirling. You can watch films of Grace's amazing dance interpretations and listen to six acompanying poems written by me. A very mindful nature experience in a magical setting at https://www.stir.ac.uk/about/art-collection/art-and-artists/airthrey-dance-trail/

Summer saw inclusion of both a short story, and a poem - 'Bewildered' in The Stryvling Press Anthology 'Pharos'.

Delighted to see my Autumn poem 'For Rose' mentioned in the Stirling Libraries / Fun Palaces project (inspired by 'The Secret Garden' Frances Hodgson Burnett), and my little Haiku selected for our  Stirling Makar 'Tiny Things' challenge.

Great to have my prose poem 'Northbound' published in the Scottish Writers Centre's lastest Chapbook 'Borders & Boundaries'

Pleased to have my prose poem 'Cantrip' published in Scottish Writers Centre's Chapbook 'Town, City & Village' in September.
